Ajmo Lokalno: a short food supply chain for Dalmatia

Croatia's first public-private short food supply chain partnership, connecting over 40 small producers in Sibenik-Knin County directly with chefs, restaurants, and people who want real local food. We developed the brand, the narrative, the communications strategy, and the digital presence. Small-batch olive oils, native wines, wild herb skincare, artisanal cheeses - curated into seasonal boxes, delivered in one earth-friendly package. The work is ongoing and the stakes are real: local food systems against the pull of industrial imports. en.ajmolokalno.hr

Paška Ovca: saving a breed that carries an island's identity

The Paška ovca is an indigenous sheep breed found only on the island of Pag, Croatia. It grazes on wild sage, rosemary, and salt-crusted grasses shaped by the bura wind. Its milk produces Paški sir, a PDO-protected cheese that has won global awards. But breeders have dropped from 55 to 32 in thirteen years. The average breeder is 61 years old. Two thirds have no successor. We are building paskaovca.hr as a digital home for the initiative - not a protest, but a call to stand for something worth preserving.
