Indigen West is a consulting practice based in Los Angeles, California. We provide revenue architecture, digital strategy, and advisory services for small businesses and cultural organisations, primarily in the United States and the European Union.

What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiries and deliver our services.

We do not collect analytics data, do not use tracking pixels, and do not run advertising on this site.
Cookies
This website does not set any first-party cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts via CSS, which does not set cookies on your browser. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set a strictly necessary cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection. This cookie is classified as essential and does not require consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive.
We do not use Google Analytics, social media tracking, remarketing, or any other non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent -- When you submit the contact form, you explicitly consent to us storing and using your information to respond. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
- Legitimate interest -- For ongoing client relationships where processing is necessary to deliver services you have requested.
- Contractual necessity -- When we enter a service agreement, processing your data is necessary to fulfil that contract.
How we store your data
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email. We do not store form data in a database or CRM system. Client project materials are stored securely in cloud services (Google Workspace, Supabase) protected by encryption at rest and in transit.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. For enquiries that do not lead to a client engagement, we delete your information within 12 months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our business:

- Withdrawal of consent -- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email info@indigen.hr.
International transfers
Indigen West is based in the United States. If you are contacting us from the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the data processing agreements of our service providers to ensure adequate protection.
Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
